The Ameritek one is bizarre since they had the form 15 filed, and seem to be current with OTC Markets. Almost seems like an error if that is even possible.

The company seems to be surprised by it-

Laxmi better be paying attention and getting things in place as promised. Each of these suspended companies did receive delinquency letters back in November according to the SEC.
