Dew, Benson Hill looks interesting. I was wondering what you think of SPACs in general, and the idea of buying in prior to the event via buying the SPAC entity, vrs waiting until after the transaction is completed? I guess it would depend upon how the deal is structured, but just curious about your general strategy with SPACs. Thanks.

Last year I bought into the Fortress Value SPAC (small investment) and held through its transition into MP Materials (MP) (rare earth metals), and it worked out well, but now you hear a lot about SPAC terms being poorly structured for investors, etc. Now that many of the 2020 former SPAC stocks have sold off, one strategy might be to just wait for the dust to settle before taking a position, similar to IPO investing. Thanks for any insights :o)
