No, I think you can. It is an abuse of power not to have an inclusion of a new authorization of more shares in a 2nd resolution. If you have a billion shares, and reduce it down to 200 million, you’d be taking advantage of unsophisticated shareholders to simply leave the authorized at the previous level and I have literally never seen any company where I saw a reverse split, which includes professionally as well as in my personal investments, do that to its investors.

I am not saying there are not shady companies that might do that, but there s a norm. When you are out of shares, you don’t use a r/s to authorize mire shares in a back door. I can see that easily leading to a successful lawsuit.
