The stirring up of fights, quite often on this board, is because of posters who post straw man arguments about.....beliefs that no one holds, a denouncement of an ideology that no one believes in and condemnation of things that no one would ever say.

seems fair enough as troll after troll after conservative troll here as a matter of course put words into others mouths unfairly. It happens almost habitually by them.

And since the comment was made by Robert Nielsen in his review of Atlas Shrugged about Rand's effort i don't see the problem in connecting it to the worst of the trolls we experience here.

Guess i just don't understand how you see it as stirring up a fight. To me it's more just an observation than anything else.

I don't even see it as him having a go at you, though maybe you felt he was.

Course i often don't understand why so many Americans see fights in chat where i don't.

Actually, lol, in saying that gotta admit i've been unpopular more times than many for saying things here which upset people where i don't see at all why they have any reason (or justification) to be. Even putting myself in their shoes doesn't help most all of those times.

PS: i'm thinking i maybe should have kept these thoughts to myself, this time. LOL Oh well...
