Bottom line..Clynt is making this company a harder sell each week he taps into shareholder equities especially when he is deceitful in obvious ways. This issue of the raised A/S after a PR denouncing such only undermines Clynt and company more.

You hit the nail on the head by saying this company must be strapped for cash. It is just a foolhardy and brazen method ETIM is using to pull in funds...imo

Again, I say, stockholders hold 100% of the note. That should make each more entitled to know what is going on. Emails or calls should never be off limits which carry legitimate questions or concerns..imo.. The only problem though is whether you can now believe anything which is spoken or written.
