That might be it. I know they have accelerated their plans to bring their product to market and in so doing are now strapped for cash. Also I believe Clint tried to tap the vulture capital market on his own before bringing Jim Parliament on board, and as a result may have unwittingly wrecked their capital structure. I almost have to think some kind of restructuring or recapitalization may be in order before too long, perhaps coincident with their uplisting. IMO anyone buying in right now *might* be ok long term, though the overall prospects for the company are bright. There will be better times to invest here later.
