It’s very interesting that nwbo is showing 2 consultants, one has expertise in NYSE listing and the other has expertise in NASDAQ listing.

Applying Occam’s Razor, the most direct explanation would seem to be that nwbo has some type of interests regarding listing on the NYSE and/or Nasdaq, and not the OTC market, nes pas?
