I honestly think that once PHIL is current late May to very early June with the buyback amount announced, along with moneys then available from the bank fund, announcements about the asian diamond exchange, and more details about the APR dividend the stock price could start at .01 to .02 and move up quickly.

I think the day PHIL is current, at that point we could be .01 or more. Then upwards from copper to silver to dollars as each month goes on.
