I wish there was a governing body that oversaw the SEC. Mr Spitzer, although NY attorney general, is one of the only bright lights in todays corrupt economy. I would vote for him for any office. I have no idea if the SEC itself is above the corruption going on out there. Globetel is a scapegoat and you all know it, after Enron, Tyco or other scandals, BIG business is better than ever at hiding their actions. Only God knows what is really going on out there, we sit and wait while the SEC crushes, or at least ponders over a tiny tiny company like ours. SEC to me is nothing when issues naked shorting are unsolvable, or at least tolerable to the many in power.
