X: thanks however I was not referencing the 2017 document. I agree many movements, advances and changes since then.

I was trying to point to the Overview of the 2020 Roadmap from IPSR. IPSR references and credits the purple wall roadmap from LWLG inside the larger IPSR roadmap. The overview document is the one I was referring to.

Also, LWLG has numerous references in the specific 2020 roadmap chapter devoted to polymers as well. One can see LWLG's/ML's hand in this AIM forum, which is a good thing. The link for the actual polymer chapter TWG is here:

I can't recall if AIM presented this last year or is going to present this year at The Optical Networking and Communication Conference & Exhibition.
