That's not what I gathered from my reading of the notice. I might have read it wrong (but I am not sure where I put it in order for me to read it again). If I remember correctly, they need to file with FINRA at least 10 days prior to the event (I just did a quick web search to confirm) and they need to provide one other type of notification....
It did say that range of a R/S, but didn’t say would definitely happen or give the 20 day timeline. We’ve already passed that timeline.
Of course if the application is approved to list on Nasdaq - then the Board decides how much of a split they want to make to get above the $4. I’m guessing a 1:4, since $1 looks to be the bottom right now. But who knows - they may go 1:5, since when it’s officially announced there may be another dip.
