Hahaha!! Hello, when you're in talks with someone people know. Lots of people know --- Executive Management teams of all parties, Investment Bankers, Lawyers, Diligence providers, Board of Directors, etc. You act like nobody talks... You clearly have never worked in the M&A world, I have for decades.

Big pharma does some level of due diligence on all promising drugs near commercialization, and a great many at earlier stages. Anyone still wondering why CD24Fc development was dropped?

HGEN hasn’t put up a for sale sign and doesn’t need a buyout to commercialize Lenz. Bankers would only be involved late in the game.
