I would ask if it was the scamalyzer doubling as a backhoe, but we all know it was the operator's negligence to investors.

Unless of course it was a scam...in which case, was expertly executed. As if there had been some 2nd hand knowledge passed to Yazbeck to avoid pitfalls of prior scams receiving unwanted SEC and DOJ attention.

Hmmm....Did he have any dealings with folks of that nature before founding SCAMydx and in the 1st few years of operation?
