So in your reading, Synergy's entire business model is kaput?

Perhaps the "conflict of share ownership" is an issue only at the level of that judge or in the state of Florida? Do you think the trade craft of similar judges in all their other pending states will be modified to Florida's ways?

I disagree with your insight on this one. Previous custodianships in Delaware were granted to Synergy and I’m sure they owned shares of these stocks. This one happened to be out of Florida which is a completely different state with different laws. You think this is the new normal if you look at any other custodianship plays the 3rd party always owns shares of these stocks. Your “facts” are incorrect with this. You can’t compare one states custodianship process with another completely different state with different laws.

Florida just came through for BA*BL (another Synergy play awaiting custodianship there).
