Who was saying synergy likely owns a ton of shares in snry....

"I received an order back denying my appointment for custodian petition on ALKN - Alkane, Inc. The grounds were that I was not a neutral party as I am a shareholder and that the petition quoted additional receiver language. My attorney is looking at what the options are to move forward."

This will be the new norm....not one single positive update on ANY of the projects they have going.
