A NDA is an agreement and as such should have specific deliverables, obligations for both parties ( often within a specified timeline). If Lightwave has delivered its part, it is up to the other party to meet its obligations. Covid has big impact on the chip industry. We might have incurred ( unknown to us) delays of some sort? Agree that NDA’s should not become a vehicle to keep Lightwave in check.
