Doesn't matter to much thats not what tanked Humbl it's the prefered share fiasco, you convert 1 prefered share into 10,000 shares that adds 10,000 Shares to humbl OS count. That's a ratio of 1:10,0000 so converting 100 prefered shares adds 1 million to humble shares just convert 1/4 of those outstanding prefered shares adds over 1 billion to humbl OS count. So retiring 70 mil insignificant
