Totally agree... However, Du’s decision did have an immediate impact on the share price, from which we have yet to recover. Covid is the main reason for that, but you have to admit the immediate 70% drop when Du’s decision was announced was 100% “Du” to that decision.

Thank You Mateo

for the Friday morning laugh

I wouldn't expect you or FSU to have a different view

But Judge Du obviously screwed Amarin and its investors

There is a reason she did this

and we all have our theories

But bottom line, she is a terrible judge

who has hurt all of us with her terrible ruling against Amarin

If only it were a conspiracy theory. Soon after Du's Vascepa ruling posters here were citing just how non-factual and non-precedential her opinion was. I thought that was an outlier, not a harbinger.

And just this week, Byeden gave the game away! Previous admin never explicitly much less officially stated "forcibly halt constitutional processes", but that's exactly what Byeden did with our biotech IP!! Constitutional right! What's your Amarin investment thesis after that?? Or any biotech investment thesis? There's a reason they didn't rely on non-profit vaccine developers to save us.

MatoPaisa

So IYO people stooped having chest pains having heart attacks ? Do you think that 90,000 scrips per week are written by one or two doctors ? Every one knows but are afraid to admit the fact if V works so well all or many cardiologists and patients would be putting out the word to each other. IMO a flier to any Dr with one line YOU COULD REDUCE CVD BY 25% WITH Vescepa and Amrian phone # is all it should take BECAUSE AS YOU SAID NO PATIENTS SO WHAT ELSE DO THEY HAVE TO DO ?

Covid destroyed Amarin over the last year

Can't argue with that.

doctors’ offices were MASSIVELY closed to in-person anything for the entirety of a year

Can argue with that - I got my teeth cleaned twice last year starting in July (about as risky a job as you could have had), saw my ortho and PCP in person, and saw three podiatrists since Jan. to find a solution to the nerve inflammation problem in my left foot, including 9 visits to the 2nd one's clinic to get laser therapy treatments. Docs are open for business and have been for at least 9 months - it's patients passing up on regular checkups and docs banning in-person sales reps visits that are the problem, plus AMRN's sales strategy is non-existent. CVD is mostly a silent disease and most people aren't proactive about their own health.

Oh, and "All y’all crying “activist, leftist judge” and MM’s screwing us and wall street is out to get us and Du destroyed Amarin please STFU. " would cause daily postings to fall to a couple dozen if those people actually did what you suggested. Not that I would mind much if they did - rehashing things like why did they pick NV to file the lawsuit are beyond pointless now.
