Hey long, I'm willing to pay at whatever my % works out to be but will play devil's advocate.

1. Giving someone $ on iHub. There are a good amount of folks that have earned their bonafide and will take that into consideration going forward. It did seem like a lot of folks ponied up for, I forget who, to download Pacer reports.
2. Folks that don't contribute will still benefit?
3&4 I forget what I was thinking. Bourbon is into play now.

Many of us raised close to $5k a while back to pitch in for a lawyer.

WHen you say people should pitch in and assist, what exactly do you mean? What are you asking for that would help the cause?
I mean.. we could all write letters to our House Member or Senator. We could all write letters to the judge, Billy, We could picket... whatever... Point is, I think many are willing to help and pitch in, but I'm not clear that any actions we could take right now would further the cause.

While I appreciate your updates, frankly, we are no closer to a resolution because of them as far as I know..... we just know more. I mean, the trial date isn't any different from what it has been, right?

BA saying that we don't need a lawyer in Delaware but NC seems to be the only 'actionable' item I'm seeing right now that furthers our efforts, or at least gets us prepared.

All this is to say... At this point, I don't know of anything I can/should be doing prior to 5/20. If there's something I'm missing, please let me know. Otherwise, I think the best thing everyone can do is identify themselves, give their share counts to Tony, follow along, and perhaps be willing to contribute if it comes to that.

GLTA!

"sourcing trade regulation lawyer"

Huh???? Shareholder-victims' only issue is a corporate governance/securities law issue - knott trade regulation.

May as well gett a divorce lawyer or a slip-and-faller.

Hiring a podiatrist to do heart surgery? Getting a dentist for a knee replacement? Hiring a plumber to fix the WiFi?

Even the Keystone Cawps woodent make that Miss Steak.

What????????????????

Mann, I chuckle.

My earlier "lawyer fund" contribution was refunded, but I stand ready to contribute again.

Too many cooks, etc., etc.

Any shareholder's name and/or $$$ sharing should be done through a Lawyer if/when he/she is hired by the shareholders.

This is the proper documentation and the professional way of handing such situation especially when this situation (court cases) might take much longer that we think. That way, the lawyer can contact another family/relative member in case something happens to the shareholder.

The individuals' share count should also be officially verified. Perhaps the Lawyer will be able to do it.
