SMD... This company has a crooked BOD. These guys are crooked and can care less about stock holders. They have been playing the bull for years with Eurotech (EUOT). They have this big plan to get listed on the NASDAQ, and figure their 1 for 60 R/S will give them a better op. This thing will fail!!! The unfortunate thing about them is they had so much potential, but can never get anything to produce!!! I am mad cause I am a EUOT bagholder!!! It's written off. Done. My advice on this one is, play the hype. Get in and get out!!! Do not get trapped!!! Actually, don't play at all!!!
