Wow…50b shares increase instead of 10b shares. Kenny getting rich without doing nothing except keep collecting his luxury salary. This is a shame and he doesn’t care shix about shareholders

A nice ~+28% increase YOY in salary. It's good to see Kenny took SH advice to heart - that he needed to give himself a raise. His being on the compensation committee probably helps a little.

Don't forget the 3M options at an exercise price of 0.0067. Where they vest at a rate of 750K/month. They probably have already vested. All he has to do is PR pump the PPS up to 0.02, and he receives a $60K profit. So as to supplement his minuscule salary. Currently his attempted pump of a SH meeting, has the PPS going in the wrong direction.

Then there's his reoccurring 2.4M/yr stock grant, which after being held 1 yr vests. Thus, last year's 2.4M is ready to be dumped. Poor guy, he definitely needs another raise.

The last 10K listed $459K in legal fees. Presumably most of that going to the company lawyer. Now who is the PMCB company lawyer? Oh, that's right, it's Kenny! Or does he work as the PMCB lawyer for FREE? FREE is good! Absolutely needs another raise!
