Agreed “ last of note conversion shares ” ! RGBP does not trade after hours, must have been a prearranged sale from the conversion note to a mm at the average price for the day. The point being notes are done and now the market should move up rapidly, some my need to cover and the longs are not selling down here. Tomorrow RGBP just might get wild to the up side, think a looooong greeeeeennnn candle!
