We need the 2020 10-K, and the Q1, Q2, Q3, for 2021 to be filed.

It is my understanding that once all reports are filed, it will take a few days for the Stop sign to be removed, and current status to be issued.

Once current, then Henry can officially talk about actual buyback numbers.

Note: Since the Q3 is due on 5-17, and it won't be filed by then, Henry will need to file an NT on the 17th.
