Argentina had 26k new COVID cases yesterday. If adjusted to USA population (7.3x more), that would be be 190k cases.

For reference, USA had 42k cases yesterday.

I think in that quote he is referring to the combined trials of Part 1 and 2. In the same article he also says:
“ is being completed in the coming days” when specifically referring to Part 1.
It’s not clear.
