Wow, no trial until October 2023? Two and a half more years of this infringement case hanging over us, waiting and waiting for legal relief. Yikes

So Judge Hall had already made the decision that this case is going to trial. I don’t think Hikma works like to play with fire at this time and more likely to settle. Too many strikes pinned at their direction. Romney front to fight on. I am guessing a settlement will come sooner than later.
