Hilarious - I think we were all taught this in 3rd grade - just because Johnny robs a bank it doesnt make it right for you to now rob a bank... I cant seriously believe they are making that argument ?

Also it would be listed on a higher tier not lower ....

Any evidence purportedly showing a pharmacist is induced by the pharmacy plan would contradict evidence other sources (e.g, the prescription, Hikma’s label, or Hikma’s press releases) encouraged the pharmacist’s infringement.

SO if I understand this argument correctly there is absolutely no purpose to a formulary . INsurers hire PBMS to design formularies and restrict patient access to medications just for the fun of it - they dont really mean anything
