line 16 Charter then I would figure has to be at least 74 million, something like that

Let’s remember that Cisco has been specifically highlighting this case in their financial reporting to cover themselves when this plays out. It is my experience when a company the size of Cisco lists an individual case out of the hundreds of lawsuits they are involved in they expect to lose that case. Not only that, they value it as a sizable case that if it were not disclosed they would face D&O litigation. There is hope for us in spite of what we have seen from the Leane litigation.

Everyone just got a dose of what can happen here. $WDDD had as good a case as we have here-won small victories, moving forward to a big trial. Judge decided the patent was invalid- case done if not reversed. $IDCC invented cell phone tech-solid patents. Lost something like 3 out of 4 IP cases. You all are posting like the game is won and Billy is a robber baron. You need to concentrate on the case, not the payday after a win. There are bigger dragons in our way than Billy. Our one saving grace is we are in front of a jury, instead of a infringer's judge like $WDDD, and the only case $IDCC ever won was in Judge Andrews courtroom.
