Bunch of piranhas is what they are. Class actions spring up all over the place all the time. They usually have little meaning, but a whole lot of people trying to make a quick buck on the company. And it's always the lawyers that make out, not the shareholder class.
LOL...these lawsuits are bullshit...jesus...the market is the market...you win or you lose...however, you only lose if you sell. Lucid will be fine and in the 100's by EOY.
All these lawyers that carried $CCIV in their personal portfolio are suing...mostly just for themselves, but are trying to get more people involved. Ridiculous IMO. Even the claim is pure BS...LOL
