Bill, They don't sell prescription drugs. True. They induce infringement by financing that infringing actions. Paying someone to commit a crime is the same as commiting the crime yourself.

They dont sell medications but they restrict the formulary and in that restriction induce infringement

AMRN needs to continue to unravel the methodology of drug distribution to determine who exactly is inducing infringement

IMHO its either the insurer or PBM and I would aggressively pursue each

Insurers are such slime balls - this reminds me of when I try to order an MRI and they deny it then tell me that I can still order it they just wont pay for it - its becoming enough to make me want nationalized health care ...
