Hard to figure the length, been trying to figure that out. The 20th will mostly be jury pick- maybe some testimony in the afternoon. Monday and into Tuesday will be our witnesses and cross. Then the rest of the day and Wednesday will be their witnesses. The question is where valuation will be done-before or after the verdict. If before, methinks Thursday AM for that, final argument Thursday afternoon. Jury gets case later in the afternoon. Deliberation time unknown-quick depends on if there was an obvious winner in the witnesses and arguments. I have been thinking spaghetti and meatballs for Thursday night, because for some reason Fridays are off Andrews calendar and he will move the trial to end before that.
