It was looking like a trial with ATVI late this year or early next. Been here 5+ years and was certainly willing to wait a few more months. Was sitting on a decent profit and had sold a few shares recently just to diversify a bit but sure wasn't expecting the bad 101 decision.
It's always 'later' with litigation stocks and I've had enough. I can be patient while rulings take longer than they should but I can't take crushing decisions that undermine everything. Right or wrong doesn't matter. Screwed is screwed. I'm out. Good luck to those who think they can still manage a profit on this one. I'm just not up to it.
BTW, this feels exactly like VRNG... who got screwed at the CAFC, then the company had another decent shot against ZTE which they totally botched. What I have learned: First it gets bad, then it gets worse. Not staying for the worse this time around.
