It does have the same feeling as VRNG. Both cases had errors which went against the companies, which of course could be fixed at a later date - which never comes. Funny, but I haven't seen errors go against big tech in these situations.
Then the CAFC and ZTE debacles with VRNG. I drew analogies with VRNG months ago and received extreme criticism from some of the "experts" on the board here. It does feel like VRNG now.
