Long article. I only read some of it. The rule change is over kill in my opinion. In September we will see how it all unfolds. Until then I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing. Only difference is not being able to buy CE stocks after may 25th. So long as I can buy non current shells after sept I’ll be good.
