Someone used to say that Casper didn't like being appealed, but now she opposes CAFC's decision? Does she have such ability? But what does CAFC think? Accepting WDDD's appeal or being dragged by politics, we need justice! Or I should say "only money and power are real justice?".
What I'm having a difficult time getting my head around is why a patent can be invalidated (wouldn't the 101 process/test have been applied to obtain the patents in the first place)? I can understand an argument that a different process or methodology was used, which supports why one's technology doesn't conflict with an existing patent, but it almost sounds like Casper's saying that World's 1995 patents are no longer patents at all.
