I understand your point but respectfully disagree with your perspective. You say patents are still alive until all appeals are exhausted. It is factually incorrect and the inverse is true. Based on our starting point today, the patents are dead until all appeals are exhausted. I'm sorry but it is that perspective or type of thinking that has gotten folks in trouble with this stock.

Based on the ruling, at this point, the patents ARE dead. The ruling CAN be overturned to bring them back. However, the starting point going forward from here is the patents aren't viable. We don't even know if they will appeal. I believe they will but we don't know that for sure. S&G could cut their losses and walk away. Perhaps I have a different mindset but that is how I view what has happened here.
