That’s good if you own CE’s before the rule change. On the experts market there will be quotes and you can sell (but not buy) However, any new activity in a CE shell after the rule change only OTCMarkets and their friends - the experts - will be able to buy. With that being the case, It would be better if CE’s were on the greys- then if there was any activity - we could buy. Any new CE Custodian plays only the experts would be able to by with OTCMarkets grand idea- very convenient for them- having exclusive access to all custodian plays. But I’ve seen other info out there that others are trying to change this so we can still have access to trading CE shells after the new rules take effect if there are custodian activities . That is why I suggested letting the SEC know what you think about all this. Who knows how things will unfold. Just got to take it one SEC rule change at a time. If we hope for the best and expect the worst - we will never be disappointed.

So you think some may buy up positions to `get in` so to speak before they can't after rule change? Then sell after current again for a nice pop!!

When they find a merger and go current....only then can you buy. Guess what, that is no longer a reverse merger play. That is investing in a newly trading company after it comes to market. Not the same.

The grey market is crap. But on the grey market we would be able buy before they got current. OTCMarkets wants all non current tickers to go to the expert market and doesn’t want retail to be able to buy and to only sell.
