Am outraged that India PM Modi even suggested that US Patent Laws could be changed by one person. This is LUDICROUS!!! I SURE HOPE it won't happen, as it would damage ENZC & many other pharmaceutical co's, but then again Biden made changes to law via his EO's during 1st 3 days in Office. So who knows WHAT will happen?!

Biden doesn't have the legislative authority to do that. The Separation of Powers Clause in the Constitution forbids it. He would get sued by every company immediately. They would be tied up in court for years. The Judge would issue protective orders on the patents. Biden should know better. He's an attorney for heavens sake.

No human being should ever take what the Washington Post (RAG) says. They do not do any research or investigative reporting, they get their information from Progressive (Nazi) websites.
