Not quite sure what you are talking about. The SEC would have sent two or maybe even three non disclosure financial warning letters by now to the management of RGBP.
The management of RGBP are so stupid they havent even responded with any of the REQUIRED Nt-10Qs or Nt-10Ks for the reasons of the delays.

Not a moot point given the FACT that previous auditor had its PCAOB license revoked last year. THATS the only reason the financials are late is because the previous ones were GARBAGE
