It seems that PBLS has been the recipient of both good and bad timing. I would bet the capital growth financing would not have fallen through if done post Katrina rather than pre Katrina.
They didn't seem to have much trouble getting financing for new pit equipment after the Katerina and a favorable judgement from the court.
We just have to play the cards dealt us and the deal looks pretty good right now.

'Ren' A couple of things...how many shares and at what price per pps were used in the Ro-Mac-Gold stock for stock exchange? Would it be asking too much if you could post the technical sources for your DD? Example, where did you find Alonso's transcript...I would not mind reading that in it's entirety. nice post , but in order to clear this up in a see"clear" mode, it would be great if you could provide the board with the request that seeclear ask of you.... that would put down any unanswered questions as to the chapter 11 storyline... lets all see more clearly the light of day for our investments... because the powers controlling this "thang" sure aren't coming clean with any transperancy , that is for sure.... we will wait your response now, you wet our palets on this issue...
