'Ren' A couple of things...how many shares and at what price per pps were used in the Ro-Mac-Gold stock for stock exchange? Would it be asking too much if you could post the technical sources for your DD? Example, where did you find Alonso's transcript...I would not mind reading that in it's entirety.
