Quite a change from the 1880s when President Garfield was shot. His main doctor didn't believe in hand washing... even before surgery. Poor James Garfield!
Not in Georgia. Only 25% of the population here has been vaccinated and sites are closing down for lack of people coming to get shots. Went to HD the other day and only saw a smattering of people wearing masks.
