They have their SAB, their steering committee, and the approximate 80 physicians involved in the actual trial including the 65 or so PIs who signed onto the previous journal who can easily handle the task of writing the journal. I believe the UK’s Dr. Mulholland was very involved in the writing of the TMJ article. The 3rd quarter 2020 Q also indicated that the company was expanding the role of key advisors who would take part in the filing of the BLAs (see below):

So your concerns of whether they have access to persons capable of writing a scientific paper, or preparing regulatory licenses are unfounded.
