I would surmise that they are focused on launching Aradatum and getting this start up established rather than worrying about the PPS. If they do things right and the right things, the shares will respond.
Stop monday-morning-quarterbacking and see what these guys do. It’s a new team, not the same people you guys are constantly bitching about. How long ago did this company launch? January? Give them some time to lay some ground work.
This type of change in any environment, and especially in telecom takes time for the powers that be to buy-in. Instant gratification just isn’t going to happen.
