If Burba can control the footprint of his "Mobile" Extraction units, he can then control the materials pulled from the feed stock.

He is such a sneaky little guy that Burba.

1st Stage Lithium - secret sauce brine
2nd Stage Potassium - a patented brine coming soon
3rd stage Cobalt - probably a patent on a brine being stamped at the patent office
4th stage Manganese(could be a couple other elements) - general brine

This is probably a play written up in his play book, won't turn to this until he gets the main focus up and running.
