I'm pretty confident that he thinks LTNC is making a large donation to his foundation. Of course, he would support any company he thinks it's helping his Foundation. The Twitter pumper Shar is friends with the douche that runs the foundation in California. I'd be willing to bet he's the one they're greasing in order to use Pacquiao's name.
I also found it interesting that the press release mentions a "partnership." Endorsement deals are not considered partnerships.
I especially found it interesting that instead of Manny Pacquiao tweeting "Can't wait to train with NXT LVL" or "Hydrogen water is the future of sports drinks" etc., etc., instead he allegedly tweeted the stock symbol of the company, $LTNC. That's not what an athlete endorsing a product would do.
