Word is Merck is holding back on Belzutifan as well. Belzutifan was given fast track expedited approval July 29, 2020. Still hasn't been released as of yet, last I checked.

What "word" is this?

In July Merck was granted breakthrough designation. Neither that nor Fast Track is approval. Both are generally early in development.

The trial was launched in 2018. They have announced results, have submitted a BLA and it has a PDUFA date this Sept.
