Q: Why would they shelve a hearing test kiosk?
A: Because they shut everything down? They were struggling with their supply chains to keep toilet paper on the shelves, do you really think they are going to be rolling out kiosks for something that people have to touch and sanitize (this is at the very early phases of the pandemic when not much was known and information was changing daily about the disease.)
Q: Why would Matt tell us about the thousands of kiosks that would go to Walmart if he thought that FDA dragging their feet would be an issue.
A: Because he didn’t think the FDA would be dragging their feet? The FDA has said themselves that they are behind due to Covid. They were required by law to have already issued guidelines and finish the public review, and they were behind on BOTH. Matt may have shortcomings, but that’s not one of them.
Q: The kiosks were never tied into the OTC angle of having hearing aids for sale in the store. They were to collect data and offer possible solutions. In fact as I recall the word was that in the future they could have product in store available but the focus was to have the kiosks as 1. advertising. 2 data collection. 3. possible sale.
A: See first answer regarding retailers shelving new things during Covid. Matt has stated this.

I can totally see your point. Am I happy with how things have unfolded? Of course not! It certainly looks like Matt is working towards delivering the goods now, but time will tell. We are at the point in this investment where the risk/reward is still great because there are so many uncertainties. Once the uncertainty goes down the risk also drops, thus the share price increases. I only have my own anecdotal experiences in marketing, product manufacture, packaging, distribution, fulfillment, e-commerce etc. to guide me on what setbacks they may be experiencing and what is BS.
