Why would Matt tell us about the thousands of kiosks that would go to Walmart if he thought that FDA dragging their feet would be an issue.
The kiosks were never tied into the OTC angle of having hearing aids for sale in the store. They were to collect data and offer possible solutions. In fact as I recall the word was that in the future they could have product in store available but the focus was to have the kiosks as 1. advertising. 2 data collection. 3. possible sale.
But your free to have your own opinion. I'll never be an apologist for Matt not delivering or hunt for excuse other then Matt simply not delivering.
