I went through their email ([e-mail]), and they got back to me within a day:

"Good evening Jake,

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we are not able to discuss the status of ELD devices until they are certified.

At the moment, no ELD has been certified for use in Canada. Once certified, ELD models will be added to the list on Transport Canada’s website, and those certified by FPInnovations will also be added to the list on our website.

I figured this would be the case. I can't really be angry at them for following policy and keeping every bit of information protected. I took their name out because I didn't find it necessary to disclose who it was. Never know who is following the board and what their intentions are.
