#38866 RE: twaflyer1 #38862

Coretec told us a provisional patent on CHS synthesis had been filed in March of 2019. Kraft said they’d take the one year of time afforded by the provisional patent and tune the art and claims they wanted to make. Later, Kraft said that the provisional patent would be converted to a utility patent, and that sometime in the fall of 2020 it would be published. So in the fall I find and read the patent, published just like Kraft said it would be. So then, whose “word” am I trusting on the patent issue??? Brainwashed? LOL. As for you, it appears you haven’t even caught on that the provisional patent was actually converted to a utility patent and is available to read for anybody inclined to do so. I even posted a link to it.

Lets look at some of your ‘yawners’.

crtg. A "PROVIOSIONAL" Patent will NEVER MATURE into a non-Provisional PATENT?" on its own, though it holds a financial benefit in launching an idea, as each one costing $140.00!! It gives one additional time to refine the original P-Patent, (1 year,) but a legal Non-Provisional patent, which is the basis for potential infringement, has to be applied for, plain and simple! The Prov'l Patent is not a patent, period!!!

No Sh__? You mean Coretec has to follow the provisional patent with a utility patent just like I described and posted a link to above? Well alrighty then.

The Patent Application leading to a regular Patent has to have all the corrections and improvements of the product before it is granted? Why has it taken so long to complete the details if the product if it is ready for sale? They are not telling you everything, just what helps them keep you cornered with them? IMO..

Dude, the utility patent is filed. Let it go…. But, just so you know there is no requirement to alter the text of a provisional patent when you convert it to a utility patent. Where do you come up with this crap?

If they can start selling the CHS by law, why hasn't the Regular Patent go though! They seem to have a few Prov'l-Patents, but they could all be off-shoots of the original Provisional Patent?

Sigh, if the utility patent was filed in March of 2020, it could take up to three years for the patent to be granted. So, you are a little premature to imply that because the patent isn’t granted that it won’t ‘go through’. Further, what ‘law’ is preventing them from selling CHS???

The term "Patent-Pending" can be used with a P-Patent, but it cannot be confused with a Non-Provisional (Regular Patent,) which some people may think? The Boys probably paid the $750.00 for the Regular Patent Application, but are waiting for it to be finalized? GLTA..

Well, at least you’re right with the ‘patent pending’ part. Look, the provisional patent long ago expired and within the time frame it allowed, Coretec filed a utility patent on CHS synthesis. Why is this so hard?
